Eggs Benedict

Ingredients:

2 fresh eggs

2 English muffins

Half avocado

2tsp Good Chow Fish Roe Sauce

2 Fresh basil leaves

Salt and pepper

Method:

1. Poach eggs in simmering water for 2.5 – 3 minutes

2. Spread toasted muffins with avocado and season with salt and pepper.

3. Top each muffin with a poached egg and drizzle with Good Chow Fish Roe Sambal Sauce.

4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
